Customers are required to complete the Standard Self Storage Agreement before commencing your storage period with us. We also require a copy of a valid form of identification to finalise your account. If you are an ABN holder, we can put your storage account in your business name. Our Storage Agreement is a NON-LOCK in contract, however it is a minimum 1 month stay.

Although our building is built to the highest quality of standards and contains fire and flooding measures, we recommend our customers consider insurance coverage for their goods stored in their storage unit. We are unable to offer insurance at this time, however we encourage people to contact their current home and contents insurer to see if they are able to assist in ensuring contents stored in a storage unit.
Our units are handed over to our customers in an empty, clean and working order. It is the customers job to maintain this standard upon returning the unit back to our possession. If failed to do so a Cleaning Fee may apply.
All customers are required to pay their first month up front along with a 1 off administration fee of $30.00. We will then activate an AutoPay Direct Debit within your account, so your payments are made hassle free and your account is kept up to date.
Our facility is fitted with the latest state of the art security technology. Every customer is given a 4-digit gate code on sign up. This code is different for every customer. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the gate code is entered upon entry and exit. Entering this gate code enables us to keep track of everyone in the facility. It is also the customers responsibility to place their own padlock on their storage unit.
Although we will be extremely sad to see you go, we do require 14 days’ notice to vacate. If you wish to vacate halfway through a month, not a problem! Just make sure you advise our team 2 or more weeks prior and we will be able to prorate a rental fee for the period you require.
